Characteristic

When beautiful design and perfect functionality come together, a tool is created that you won't want to put down.

The shape of the grinder, standing at 17 centimeters tall, is designed to fit perfectly in your hand and make grinding truly enjoyable.

This is ensured by the combination of two materials. The body of the grinder is made of premium porcelain, while the grinder's head is wooden. Together they create an aesthetic contrast, which in this case combines a dark red Bordeaux color with the natural hue of walnut. Simply put, it's an accessory that will become a decoration in your kitchen and a perfect helper, for instance, when grinding dark red Kampot pepper.

Grinding mechanism

The heart of the grinder is the CrushGrind® ceramic grinding mechanism.

This mechanism can evenly grind peppercorns or salt in 14 degrees of coarseness. The entire patented mechanism is covered by a 25-year warranty, ensuring that this grinder will last.

Maintenance

By setting the coarseness of the grind on the pepper, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the taste of the pepper will be. Conversely, larger fragments will impart more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but pour the restless beads directly from the package into the chamber, using a spoon or funnel if needed. At the same time, don't forget to clean your grinder regularly. However, never use water or chemical agents for this. A cloth, a brush, and a drop of olive oil will suffice. Always keep the grinder away from the sink and be careful with its operation over steam.

Materials

These Scandinavian mills combine the advantages of a porcelain body with a wooden head.

Porcelain provides the mill with durability, stability and is also very low-maintenance. The matte finish ensures that the mill will never slip from your hand.

The head of the mill, on the other hand, is made from Scandinavian walnut. Not only does this combination lend the mill a unique Nordic design, but it is also practical. Thanks to the lightness of the wood, operating the mechanism is easy, fast, and precise.
