The 17-centimeter high grinder was designed to be an ornament to every kitchen, perfectly fit in the hand and grinding with it was a joy. You can combine the grinder with other types of Scandinavian grinders to always have freshly ground each type of Kampot pepper at hand.

Grinding mechanism

The heart of the grinder is the ceramic grinding mechanism CrushGrind®

This mechanism can grind peppercorns or salt evenly in 14 degrees of coarseness. The entire patented mechanism is covered by a 25-year warranty, giving you the assurance that this grinder will last.

Maintenance

By setting the grind size of the pepper, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the taste of the pepper will be. Conversely, larger fragments impart more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but pour the unruly peppercorns directly into the chamber from the package, and use a spoon or funnel to help. At the same time, remember to clean your grinder regularly. However, never use water or chemical agents for this. A clothbrush, and a drop of olive oil are sufficient. Always keep the grinder away from the sink and be careful with its operation also over steam.
