Fermented pepper

A gentle and delicate variant of fresh green pepper – thanks to fermentation in salt bloom, all the peppercorns beautifully soften, mellow their taste and are thus an ideal accent for salads, omelets, pastas, sauces, or anything cooked in a wok pan. They are also called pepper caviar – they are very delicious and complex in flavor due to the salting. They do not need Grinder and you can sprinkle them fresh literally anywhere!
