Grinding mechanism

The heart of the grinder is the ceramic CrushGrind® grinding mechanism.

This mechanism can grind peppercorns or salt evenly right at14 levels of coarseness. The entire patented mechanism is covered by a25-year warranty, which ensures that this Grinder will last a long time.

Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of the pepper grind, you influence its flavor profile.
