Characteristic

When beautiful design and perfect functionality come together, a tool is created that you won't want to put down.

The shape of the grinder, standing at 17 centimeters, has been designed to perfectly fit your hand, making grinding with it truly fun.

This is also guaranteed by the combination of two materials. The grinder’s body itself is made of first-class porcelain, while the grinder’s head is wooden. Together, they form an aesthetic contrast, which in this case combines the dark red Bordeaux color with the natural hue of walnut. It is simply an accessory that will become both an ornament for your kitchen and the perfect assistant, for instance, when grinding dark red Kampot pepper.

Grinding mechanism

The heart of the grinder is the ceramic CrushGrind® grinding mechanism.

This mechanism can grind peppercorns or salt evenly right away at 14 levels of coarseness. The entire patented mechanism comes with a 25-year warranty, giving you the assurance that this Grinder will last.

Maintenance

By adjusting the grind coarseness of the pepper, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the taste of the pepper will be. Conversely, larger fragments impart more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but pour the restless peppercorns directly from the package into the chamber and assist yourself with a spoon or funnel. Also, don't forget to regularly clean your Grinder. However, never use water or chemical agents for this. A cloth, brush, and a drop of olive oil are enough. Always keep your Grinder away from the sink and carefully operate it above steam as well.

Materials

These Scandinavian grinders combine the advantages of a porcelain body with a wooden head.

Porcelain provides the grinder with durability, stability and it is also very low maintenance. The matte surface finish ensures that Grinder will never slip in your hand.

The grinder head, on the other hand, is made of Scandinavian walnut. Not only does this combination give the grinder a unique Nordic design, it is also practical. Thanks to the lightness of the wood, the mechanism is easy, quick, and precise to operate.
