This is a purely plant-based custom workshop of nut products, which works with ingredients of the highest quality. The basis of every butter is hot-air dried nuts, which are then complemented by various kinds of chocolates, fruits and other ingredients.

Ingredients

Red Kampot pepper, which you find in the product, is a specialty of Kampot plantations.

On these plantations, the peppercorns are allowed to ripen until they reach a richly red color full of fructose. They are then harvested and sun-dried, which gives them their characteristic dark red hue.

The rare red pepper is an explosion of fruity notes with a milder spiciness. Initially, notes of rose and rosehip dominate, which then transition into dried cherry tones. After two to three minutes, more distinctive aromas typical for Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines, and an earthier crust of sourdough bread.

Store the opened product in the refrigerator and let it stand at room temperature for a while before consumption, then stir.

Ingredients: 67% cashews roasted with hot air, 20% BIO vegan white chocolate [cocoa butter 37%, natural cane sugar, dried pink beverage (dried pink syrup), ground edible 'šáchor' (so-called earth almonds), Bourbon vanilla (all ingredients come from certified organic farming)], 5% macadamia, 5% lyophilized dragon fruit, 3% whole Kampot red pepper (100%). Country of origin of cashews: Vietnam. Volume: 150g.

The nutty base of this butter is built on delicate cashew nuts, which is complemented by the creamy flavor of macadamia nuts. The finesse is also accentuated by delicious white chocolate, for which only cocoa beans are used in its production in organic quality, which is also accompanied by its unmistakable aroma Bourbon vanilla.

We have enriched the velvety base of this butter with dragon fruit, whose taste is reminiscent of the juicy green kiwi or melon that we know. It is one of the most distinctive commodities, which you can encounter on the Cambodian market and captures one of the flavors of this country. The final touch was the pepper with its sharp, yet unconventional fruity taste.

Usage

This cashew butter is among our smoothest and least sweet nut butters.

You can therefore use it as an accompaniment to your breakfast porridge, pancakes or crepes. However, the fluffy pink butter is also suitable for toasted bread or you can enjoy it on its own.
