Characteristic

When beautiful design and perfect functionality come together, a tool is created that you won’t want to let go of.

The grinder’s shape, standing at 17 centimeters tall, was designed to fit perfectly in your hand, making grinding with it truly fun.

This is also ensured by the combination of two materials. The body of the grinder itself is made from top-quality porcelain, while the head of the grinder is wooden. Together they form an aesthetic contrast, which in this case combines dark gray with the natural walnut hue. It is simply an accessory that will become the ornament of your kitchen and the perfect helper, for example when grinding dark red Kampot pepper.

Grinding mechanism

At the heart of the mill is the CrushGrind® ceramic grinding mechanism

This mechanism can grind peppercorns or salt evenly right in 14 levels of coarseness. The entire patented mechanism is covered by 25-year warranty, thanks to which you can be sure that this Grinder item will last.

Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of grinding the pepper, you affect its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the taste of pepper it will be. On the other hand, larger fragments impart more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but pour the unruly pellets into the chamber straight from the package, and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. Also, do not forget your Grinder to clean regularly. However, never use water or chemical agents for that. A cloth is enough, a brush and a drop of olive oil. Always keep Grinder away from the sink, and handle it carefully over steam.

Materials

These Scandinavian mills combine the advantages of a porcelain body with a wooden head.

Porcelain gives the mill durability, stability and it is also very low-maintenance. The matte surface finish guarantees that Grinder will never slip in your hand.

On the other hand, the mill's head is made of Scandinavian walnutNot only does this combination give the mill a unique Scandinavian design, but it is also practical. Thanks to the lightness of the wood, the mechanism is easy, fast, and precise.
