Maintenance

By adjusting the grind size of the pepper, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the pepper’s taste will be. On the other hand, larger fragments release more of the specific exotic notes of Kampot pepper into your dish.

When refilling the grinder, never use bare hands– pour the loose peppercorns straight from the packaging into the chamber using a spoon or funnel. Don’t forget to clean your grinder regularly. Never use water or chemical agents for this. A cloth, a small brush, and a drop of olive oil will do the trick. Always keep the grinder away from the sink and handle it carefully over steam.
